This episode of Awesomed By Comics is brought to you by Asparagus. It will cut you. We mourn the loss of a top-notch Runaways creative team that got cut too short, and marvel (small "m") at the shagtastic thriller that is Herogasm. A very intriguing first issue of Mark Waid's The Unknown: The Devil Made Flesh leaves us wanting much more, and Marvel Divas rends Aaron's heart in fricking TWO.

Count me as another of those brought in by the beef war with Ajax.
I have a pet theory that Neil Gaiman keeps calling Jimmy Corrigan, Air, and Lost Girls three of the greatest comics ever made purely to torture his followers by making them read 'em. Not to say they're terrible books, I found things to like in each of 'em...but they're all crazy headtrips @_@
I didn't like the ominous ending of this podcast. :(
Hope nothing happens to ABC.
Happy belated one, btw to Aaron!! :)
What was ominous about the ending? Nothing's happening, I can't even think of what you're talking about. Aaron, what did you do.
No, it might have been You! Evie, who said something to the effect of, (paraphrasing here) 'We might be going away for a little while'. O.O
I have no recollection of that... don't worry, we're not!
Oh, Good to hear! Thanks for quelling my fears Evie!! :D
I don't think Mr. Terrific is dead. I mean, if I had a nickel for every time I thought Sandy died in the original JSA run, I'd have at least one shot in the quarter bin.
And King Chimera is a legacy character, I think. The only time I've seen him in recent years was during Justice Society Returns. The original King was a super intelligent spy with a mastery of disguise. Kind of makes the tape of All American Kid as evidence and throws it out the window, huh?
